What happens when I order my printables?

When we receive your order, we start to customise your designs. Once completed, we will send you a pdf. Download the pdf to your computer and print, cut and assemble your designs.

Colour differences

The colours on the computer screen may be slightly different to the designs once printed. This is to be expected because monitors are set to different brightness, contrast, saturation etc.. If there is a drastic difference, check your printer settings. If you need a very specific colour for your parties, then you can request a sample colour sheet. Colours can be altered if necessary, email us for a quote.

What paper/card would you recommend?

white card or thick paper. 200gsm/160gsm will work well.

What printer do you use?

I use a hp inkjet printer for all the designs that you see on the website. I also only set my printer to 'normal' quality printing. But you might want to set it to 'best' for a sharper quality.
Make sure that you set your printer to 'no scale' so that it doesn't automatically reduce the designs.

Can I take the pdfs to my local printers?

Yes, your printers will be able to print out your party using the pdfs that were sent to you.

How do I view the files?

Go to www.adobe.com and download adobe reader/viewer

Refunds

On shipped products – If an item is broken or faulty we will do our best to resolve the problem. Contact us within 5 days to discuss arrangements for the replacement or return of the items. We will exchange any returned, unopened, unused item or offer shop credit. The products will need to be returned with 14 days of the date that you received them and be sent via recorded delivery.

On printables – there are no refunds on printable designs. They have been personalised for you and are unique. Also we are not responsible for any viewing and printing problems. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that they download the relevant software, and have the printing capabilities before purchase.

What is the turnaround for shipped goods?

Our turnaround for shipped goods is 5-7 working days.

What is the turnaround for printables?

We aim to send them out to you within 3 working days. If you need the printables urgently, email us and we will do our best to help you

How many can I print?

You can print as many copies as you like, for personal use only!

Can I share the files?

No, these files are copyrighted and for PERSONAL USE ONLY!

What equipment will I need?

A printer and some card (or you can send the files to your local printers), and a pair of scissors. Then, depending on the design, you'll just need a hole punch, glue, sticky tape, string or ribbon, and toothpicks.

Will you print and cut for me?

I'm afraid the volume of orders that we receive means that we don't have time to print and cut for you. We purely provide the pdf designs for you to print and cut yourself.
