Shipping information

Orders received over the weekend or Bank Holiday will not be shipped until the next working day.

Standard delivery can take up to 5 working days to all mainland UK destinations and is at a fixed cost of £3.95 per order, usually delivered Standard Parcel Rate. The Party Artisan has no control over Royal Mail and apart from receiving proof of despatch, tracking and guaranteeing delivery dates is not possible.

We do deliver to off mainland destinations and international. We will weigh your order and quote you accordingly using Royal Mail charges.  Countries outside mainland UK cannot be guaranteed the same delivery times. 

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return any part of it for a refund, less packing and delivery costs. You should contact The Party Artisan at admin@thepartyartisan.co.uk or phone us on 0114 360 7777 within 5 days stating the reason you are intending to return the goods. The goods must be complete and in original condition with labels attached and in the original packaging. We strongly recommend that you gain proof of posting. Once received and checked we will issue a refund via the original payment method. 

Personalised, perishable(eg.foods), and/or hygiene sensitive items(eg.straws) are non refundable due to their nature.
